The Sufficiency of Christ: A Prayer

Saturday, November 9, 2024

El Roi,
You are the God who sees me.
It is sufficient.

You purchased me with your precious blood;
I belong to You.
It is sufficient.

Moses spent forty days in Your presence without food or water;
You sustain me.
It is sufficient.

They who wait on the Lord will renew their strength;
You strengthen me when I am weak.
It is sufficient.

You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds;
You heal the deep places in my heart.
It is sufficient.

You declared,
“I have loved you with an everlasting love.”
It is sufficient.
